How to Use Your Session:
This session is yours to use however you need, but I'll send you a few questions to answer beforehand about what you're struggling with or looking for help with, to help us make the most of our limited time together. Here are some examples for what we can accomplish in a single session:
- We can help identify your unique and specific body image avatar, or hidden body image purpose, in order to help guide your path to body neutrality.
- We can explore and work through a specific issue coming up for you around food, body image, self-worth, sex, or relationships.
- You can bring in a specific question, topic, problem, or place where you're stuck, for whatever kind of support and guidance you need.
- I can hold space for you in whatever way you need, and help you push back against feelings of shame or isolation around heavy or painful things you normally keep to yourself, or don't know how to talk about.
How to Schedule:
Once you purchase this session, you'll get an email from me to schedule a day and time, as well as a few questions to help me get to know you and prepare for our session!
A Few Details to Keep in Mind:
- The session can be recorded and sent to you after, to keep/revisit if you so choose.
- Depending on what we comes up with during the session, I'm happy to send you any relevant resources, practices, or recommendations via email to help support your journey moving forward.
- The day and time of our session will be determined by us. I can be flexible, but if for some reason it becomes impossible to find a day/time that works for both of us, I'd be happy to refund your session.
- This offer is available only to new coaching clients, which means people who have never done private or small-group coaching with me before. (If you've taken courses/programs before and you're unsure about your eligibility, feel free to reach out to me here and ask!)
- You'll have 3 months to schedule and use your session from the time of purchase before it "expires."
